Follow-up Comment #5, bug #14468 (project mldonkey):
And very closely to half the value, so it could be related to bug fixed by
patch #4374, but I'm not sure.
Also, "I get exactly the requested upload rate", so the reason is probably
among the differences I already mentionned.
