[Mldonkey-bugs] [bug #14322] Some downloads get state Paused without running out of space

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #14322 (project mldonkey):

I've seen the following:
Sometimes, when I add many (edonkey) files to my download queue, some are
paused. As soon as some finish or I cancel some, I can unpause the paused
ones, but not before.

My guess is that it happens when the mlnet process runs out of file
descriptors.
