Details:

After upgrade to 2.4.7 I get a lot of LowIDs with ed2k servers. This is NOT a
firewall problem, older version worked with the same settings.

When I connect to server, tcpdump shows that mldonkey does not reply to
server's callback as outlined in http://mldonkey.sourceforge.net/LowID.
Instead, it merely acknowledges received packets with zero-length TCP
payload. This is a proof that connection exists but mldonkey does not write
any data to it.

The test at http://tdn.no-ip.org/connection_test gives me "timeout : could
not read packet header". If I restart mldonkey and run the test again, it
gives "sucess.. your ID should be...". After a minute or so (or if I try to
connect some servers manually) - timeout again.

Another test
(http://www.preinheimer.com/cgi-bin/connectiontest/connectiontest.cgi), works
OK all the time, obviously because it relies only on connection
establishment.

I think that this issue has already been reported here:
http://mldonkey.sourceforge.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=4132

My link is not saturated, neither am I running out of file descriptors,
neither is MLdonkey busy hashing files.
