Details:

try download a file like
ed2k://|file|eMule0.47a.zip|2606057|F2B0259BEE22AAC98395D16DEC9502F2|/

do a verify chunks before the file completed

all partial chunks are set to missing as it should be 
but aren't set to partial or complete when to download proceeds

finally the download hangs at 100%

tested with edonkey and bittorrent
