Any last release 3 tidbits?

Are there any last release 3 tidbits that anybody needs me to work on
before I jump into the dependency stuff?

BTW, my earlier confusion appears to be that it looks in ~/monitrc
before /etc/monitrc. I had a monitrc file lying around so my running
monit was looking at /etc/monitrc and the command likne monit was
looking at ~/monitrc.
