Log message:
Removed to much error reporting from the process status engine. An
error is
only printed if the user is trying to actually use this feature _and_
the
engine was not properly initialized. No error reporting is needed
otherwise
since it can give the wrongfully impression that there was an error
starting
monit. Also added a test in the FreeBSD code for root mode since only
root can
utilize this feature on FreeBSD.
