        BUGFIX: Replaced plain printf with out_print. In addition to creating 
proper
        html this also removes the html "</td></tr>"+ spewed to the console at
        shutdown when monit runs via the -I switch. (Grrr, why didn't we fix
        this before the release, I saw it but I didn't react on it, must have
        been to tired :~-(
        
        Also removed mysteriously many stray </a> in the html output. Looks
        like it comes from a bad cut & paste.
