But this is still a problem... I have some progs eg. irexec form lirc (a
IR reception project) which segfaults if you do not have a $HOME dir => we
should populate the environtment a little bit more!

Of course apache is running from cli... if it is not monitored monit
wouldn't do a connect check to apache... and it would not find out that
our certificates have changed... AND IT WOULD NOT STOP APACHE....
