ChangeLog: 

* dropped the idea of having a configurable file open/view management in favor
of a much simpler "let the OS determine how to open the file" version
* also moved file/folder list connections finally in the appropriate class
(away from Guitone.cpp where it has nothing to do)
* introduced the concept of "default actions" on items, a default action is 
always triggered on double click on an item and is displayed bold in the
context menu. For patched files the default double-click action is to show
the diff-dialog, for all others to open the file in the default program.
Maybe more stuff will be introduced here in the future.
