ChangeLog: 

        * po/README: "make ${lang}.po-update" doesn't work, because, in
        order to prevent automatic updating of .po files, MSGMERGE is set
        to `false' per default. So the translator has to set MSGMERGE back
        to `msgmerge' in order to really update his .po file.
