ChangeLog: 

        * INSTALL: Drop Boost requirement back to 1.32.0.
        * m4/boost.m4: Ditto.
        * unit_tests.cc: boost/test/parameterized_test.hpp is new in
          1.33.0, it used to be in some other header.  Make inclusion
          conditional on Boost version.
          (unit_test::unit_test_case::unit_test_case):
          boost_unit_test_case::p_name is a readonly_property in Boost
          1.32.0, so don't try to call set() on it if we're building with
          an older Boost..  This means the individual testcases might not
          have the correct name set.
