ChangeLog: 

* CommitRevision.h/.cpp/.ui: removed possibility to select files or
folders to commit, currently we can only support the commit of the
complete workspace (since the restricted mtn automate get_current_revision
hasn't made it into mainline yet)
* WorkspaceCommitter.h/.cpp: new class which does exactly what it sounds
like
* Monotone.h/.cpp: add a possibility to throw commands as plain byte
arrays at the monotone wrapper (needed to get put_file / put_revision
support properly done), also, bump needed mtn (interface) version(s)
to 0.32 (respectively 4.1)
* guitone_de.ts: updated German translation
* FileExporter.cpp, WorkspaceCreator.cpp: convert debug and critical 
messages to our macros
* MonotoneDelegate.h/.cpp: new function getPrivateKeyList, add the 
possibility to set a default branch name for getBranchName, rather than
always returning a certain default branch name, if the real one is non-
existing
