ChangeLog: 

* cmd.hh, cmd_automate.cc, cmd_db.cc, commands.cc, monotone.cc,
  tests/schema_migration_error_recovery/__driver__.lua: Restore complete
  command-line compatibility with the interface before the refactoring
  of the commands organization.  I don't like it very much because it adds
  an artificial restriction to top-level commands (being only "categories"),
  but we can revise this later.

  Anyway, this also adds some cleanups to the code that have popped up
  during this change, so it is worth it.
