ChangeLog: 

* Added a separate step to resolve intra blob dependencies for equal
  events, which may for example occur due to a duplicate file in the
  Attic.
* Removed the simultaneous_deps from get_best_split_point. Due to
  the above addition, it's now safe to assume there aren't any
  intra blob dependencies with excatly matching timestamps.
* We now expect the test importing_cvs_attic_duplicate to succeed.
