ChangeLog: 

* guitone.pro: comment out Graph.h/cpp which currently throws a linker error
* AutomateCommand.cpp: show the return code as well if a command got aborted
* ChangesetModel.h: the connection to the certsRead() signal no longer
worked because this now carries a CertList with it (so the signature was 
different)
* MonotoneThread.cpp: _if_ we use the copy constructor somewhere we need
to ensure that it actually copies _all_ fields of the task (in this case
abortTask was not initialized, leading to unexpected task abortions)
