ChangeLog: 

 * Move type 1 events which can clearly be assigned to one or the other
   side out of our way. That should increase the number of cycles we can
   resolve by splitting a blob (or blobs) between type 2 and type 3
   events (plus some of these irrelevant type 1 events). We still refuse
   to split, if there are type 1 events in between, because I don't have
   any clue about where to put those.
 * Marked the recently added test as expected to succeed, since the above
   change fixes it.
