ChangeLog: 

* std_hooks.lua: use tostring() instead of tonumber(); the latter is 
locale-aware which may lead to invalid lua code (numbers like "5,3" in some 
locales); return nil and inline comments for unsupported dump types so the dump 
is always valid lua code
* monotone.texi: documented the hook_wrapper hook and the automate lua command
