ChangeLog: 

* bugfix: slotRename was not committed previously
* bugfix: don't list revert and drop actions for old nodes which are already 
dropped
* bugfix: don't show the history action for old nodes either
* new: create new versioned files and directories on the fly by right-clicking 
into the empty space of the file list; I plan to open the editor on each newly 
created item, but for some reason Qt won't let me do that yet
