ChangeLog: 

update for changes to revision summary and key identification from merge

 * cmd_ws_commit.cc (revision_header): add a changed indicator to the branch
   value when the current branch does not match any of the parent branches
   (revision_summary): remove merge duplication; remove old/new branch change
   indicators
   (get_log_message_interactively): replace list of old branch names with a
   branch changed indicator; remove optional branch changed indicator from
   branch value
   (status): add project_t instance for resolving key identities; add check for
   branch changes; rearrange into header/message/summary order
   (commit): resolve key identity through existing project_t instance; add check
   for branch changes

 * commit_default_editor/test_hooks.lua: update to insert commit message into
   the new editor template
