ChangeLog: 

* move AskFileOpenExt default to Settings class and remove the global constant
* refactor Platform::openFile and remove the MessageBox calls from it; instead 
throw exceptions like everywhere else
* we now duplicate the code to ask for potentially "malicious" files somewhat 
in two places, WorkspaceWindow and RevisionManifest; still better than having 
this directly in Platform though
* new: give the user the possibility to delete unknown / ignored files and 
directories recursively from a workspace
