[Monotone-devel] 0.8 released, roadmap

hi,

I published 0.8 just now, which includes some new commands (vcheck,
dump, restore, queue addtree) and some scalability and efficiency
improvements. also I fixed up the posting so it works in ~64k chunks
and gives you some ticker feedback while it's going. finally, there
are changes to the historical rename certs and .mt-attrs file, so that
they will tolerate the changes covered in the i18n work.

the next cycle (0.8 -> 0.9) will focus on the i18n changes, and will
also change the database page size, requiring a dump and reload to
move from 1k to 64k pages. possibly I'll also get around to
implementing restrictions or merge-into-dir, but no guarantees.

to test out the multi-branch stuff, I'm going to do the i18n work on a
new branch, net.venge.monotone.i18n, which I'll keep around after the
initial work is done as a contribution branch for message catalog
translations.
