Following up on the bug that I encountered...
After a bit of digging, I found the culprit in change_set.cc (version
74dd8e66) at line 1654. It is missing one format specifier, or has too
many parameters. I'm not sure what the prefered format should be.
Sorry about the lack of a diff, but i don't have direct access between
the test machine and this one.
