Hello monotone developers.

I have received a message from IANA that the short name for port
4691 is now changed to monotone. You can find the details below.

Dear Tomas,

You have requested to change the short name for user port 'Monotone
Network Protocol' (port #4691) from 'netsync' to 'monotone'.

We accepted this requested port name change to this New assigned
user port and have reflected the change in the registry.  Please see
<http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers>

Please notify the IANA if there is a change in contact information
by completing the following template:
