[Monotone-devel] case sensitivity bug(?) on Mac OS X

I've found a work-around for checking out case-sensitive projects on
Macintosh OS X systems where HFS+ is not configured as such. OS 10.x
systems ship with a program under Application->Utilities called Disk
Utility. Using this application, one can create a new disk image
(*.dmg file) of any size and mount it as a virtual drive. You need to
go back in to the Disk Utility and reformat the image after its
initial creation to support case-sensitivity, but it's a pretty quick
step.

Next, double click on the DMG file and then cd to /Volumes/FILENAME.
Check out the project from monotone as you would normally do on a
case-sensitive file system.

To mount this volume automatically upon login, open up your System
Configuration->Accounts. Under Login Items for your account,
drag-n-drop the new volume to the window.

(Maybe Mac's aren't so bad after all. *grin*)
