This is the case sensitivity issue I already reported a few weeks  
ago.  In the /edu.umn.cbs.bass/cgi/ directory there is both a folder  
and a file named 'class'.  The only difference is the case.  The  
folder is 'class' and the file is 'Class'.

Neither Windows nor Mac OS X ship with hard drives formatted to be  
case-sensitive.  They can use case-sensitive volume formats, but it's  
simply not the default.

Monotone should give a much better error message than it does, so  
it's clear that the problem is not one that monotone can solve.

James, if you want to solve this you'll have to rename either the  
folder or the file to something else.
