I don't think this is really a bug, but I wonder if it would be
possible to add some sort of architecture identifier to the database
and tie it to a helpful error. "This database was created on
ARCH_THERE, which is incompatible to your current ARCH_HERE. Use
'monotone db dump' and 'monotone db load' instead."
