[Monotone-devel] 0.23 deb package tweaks

Tomas,
It looks like you forgot to add the files debian/README.Debian and
debian/TODO.Debian to the repository; you checked in the change to
debian/docs that makes them expected, but they themselves aren't
there...

I just added and committed the versions of those files found in
the official monotone-0.22-2 package to mainline, so I could build the
0.23 packages.  Just a heads-up...

(Note that if you have local changes, you might want to save them
somewhere before updating; there's a nasty little bug where if a file
is added in the repo then update might clobber pre-existing
unversioned files in the working dir.)
