[Monotone-devel] cygwin monotone-viz bounty

I am willing to pay a good bounty for a reproducible build process for
monotone-viz on cygwin. That is, whatever needs to be done to
monotone-viz or to the environment that will get it to compile against
a basic cygwin installation, the monotone-viz included lablgtk, and a
monotone compiled against cygwin.

I've gotten most of the way towards compiling a cygwin version of
monotone-viz, but run into some linking errors while building
monotone-viz that I don't have the time to work through. I will send
you the errors that I get while compiling - I imagine that making it
work should be pretty simple for somebody who knows the ocaml build
system.

Make me a reasonable offer and it will be accepted.
