IIRC that means it's getting confused over whether it can use IPv6 or
not. You should be able to work around it by adding
   --bind 0.0.0.0
on the server command line.

(Also, I thought this was supposedly fixed before 0.29 ? Was the fix
after that, or did it just not work?)
