% cat cvsimp-mtn30-time/stats.csv
cvs_import-system-time,0.45
cvs_import-user-time,95.04
cvs_import-wall-time,105.33
% cat cvsimp-mtn060920-time/stats.csv
cvs_import-system-time,0.54
cvs_import-user-time,196.2
cvs_import-wall-time,203.21

So, I further restricted the performance loss in the following range,
which shows no "suspicious" commits (at least to me!):
% mtn diff -r t:monotone-0.30 -r 06656f9d10 ChangeLog

Not having a working callgrind under FreeBSD nor Cygwin, I'll guess I
will continue some kind of "binary search" in the remaining range to
pinpoint the exact problematic commit.
