[Monotone-devel] Once and for all: how do you capitalize "monotone"?

The documentation is still a little inconsistent, and well, a foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of my small mind.

Is "monotone" ever capitalized?  There are a couple of spots in the documentation where it is capitalized at the beginnings of sentences, as if it were a common noun.  (We here all know that it is terribly, terribly proper, albeit with a strange capitalization deficiency.)
