Thanks for the hint, apparently blizz already configured a bot and so
did I, both based on supybot [0], which is BSD licensed as well,
actively maintained, written in Python and comes with hell-a-lot of plugins.

So, for now we both have not much experience with supybot, but we're
learning quickly. I think one or the other has to die soon (probably
mine since it currently doesn't work properly anyways), still, there are
already ideas for creating supybot plugins for simple mtn queries (get
certs from a revision, tell parents and childs of a revision, aso., ...)
