Hi Jack!

One test is failing on your buildbot, automate_show_conflicts_defaults,
in line 76. The cause is that we start an mtn instance outside the test
root and expect that this doesn't find a database / workspace - but it
apparently finds something, because it moans about the branch
"ca.wethonda.atlas.etc".

Could you please have a look at this?
