[Monotone-devel] Nightly coverage report

Hey there!

I've setup a code coverage build of nvm on my server. It is refreshed
every day at 6am here:

        http://monotone.thomaskeller.biz/coverage/index.html

The overall coverage is quite good already. The report should help us
identify dead and / or untested code.
