Now it also says it's just me.

It still doesn't quite work for me, for some reason. I get "Waiting for
monotone.ca" for ca. 30 seconds. Then the page loads fine. ?!?

Maybe this is related to IPv6. I can successfully ping 144.76.185.163
(v4) as well as 2a01:4f8:200:63a2::8 (v6), FWIW.
