If you use the gpdf view ("PDF Document"), you can use
the Page Up and Page Down keys (after clicking into the
control to give it focus) to change pages. And you can use
the + and - keys on the numeric keypad to zoom.

UI merging (which is necessary to get a tool bar) is not yet
implemented.
