[Nano-devel] CVS changes

I know Ken will be scared already... :)

I did some changes to CVS some mins ago. I removed quite some junk from
CVS, but I need to see how it breaks for others, specially Ken who
always has problems to get things working again.

In general, you want gettext 0.11.5, autoconf 2.52+ and automake 1.6
(1.7 better).
If someone has problems with these versions, please tell me. If someone
thinks this is a pain in the ass (the new versions), please tell me too.

Remember to ./autogen.sh again after cvs updating.
