[Nano-devel] linewrap bug

There seems to be a problem in 1.3.11, in that lines containing tabs get 
wrapped too early. It seems from some basic testing that each tab 
character is counted as 8 positions regardless of how wide it actually 
ends up being. To reproduce, type some 3-5 letter words separated by tabs; 
you'll see the line get wrapped way too early. nano 1.2.4 doesn't have 
this problem, and neither does the pico that comes with pine 4.62.
