a user pointed out that when nano is built without justify support but the 
brackets option is enabled, nano warns about it:
Error in /etc/nanorc on line 33: Unknown flag brackets

which is fine, but the sample nanorc doesnt mention that brackets is only used 
for the justify code ... the description makes it sound much more general
