Hi Mark,

I've updated your last horizontal scrolling patch for current SVN.
See attachment.

The problem with vertical scrolling that I see is: open a file on
line 1, then do a PageDown -- the page doesn't scroll, it merely
moves the cursor to the line above the bottom one.  Only on the
next PageDown does the page scroll, but then the cursor is in the
centre of the screen.  Without the patch, nano will scroll on every
PageDown, and the cursor will always be in the topleft corner.  With
the page applied and align_page set, it should behave the same.
