[Nano-devel] Unable to build nano from svn on Ubuntu 15.10

In an attempt to test the patch by Benno on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nano/+bug/1509081 I grabbed a copy of
nano from svn (revision 5390), and was trying to build it, but fell into some
issues with ./configure created by autoconf
