At my day job I've deployed Phabricator a couple of times now for internal code hosting, and I've been happy with the results every time. If that's something you would want to do, I'm happy to lend my experience with it anywhere that it's useful.

(1) Chris had been maintaining ftp:// support ... i can set that up
    easily, but i think we should just let it die
(2) https:// is now the default (with redirect & stapling)
(3) the site is in git: https://git.wh0rd.org/nano-editor.git
(4) i can add some accts for people to push updates (just Benno?)
