This makes ^O equivalent to ^S.  What do we gain with that?

Ah.  Well... I must say, I like it that nano immediately saves
and exits when I answer Y after a ^X.  But... to add an extra
option just for that?

In my mind, people load a file, edit it, save it, and exit.
I would never want nano to automatically save when I exit: it
robs me of the possibility to exit *without* saving.  So in my
mind, --tempfile is an idiotic option.  (But it is what Pico
did for -t, so nano copied it.)  Your --nofilename option is
what --tempfile should have been in the first place.

With the current key bindings, I think people will learn to do:
edit edit edit ^S ^X.  Done.  When they do: edit edit [walk-away
come-back-later] ^X [think think] Y <Enter>, I think the extra
<Enter> is not too much to ask -- I think it is a good reminder
of what file is getting written after one has walked away and
tries to exit without having saved first.
