Hmm.  Trying some other things, I notice that <Shift+Up> and
<Shift+Down> work on urxvt only when -K is used -- without -K
they say "Unbound key".  :|  So, to have a more functional
keyboard, the urxvt user would have to use -K anyway.

But worse: <Ctrl+Shift+arrow> produces the exact same keycode
and escape sequence as <Shift+arrow>, which makes selecting text
by word or by block impossible.  :|  So... it's not a terminal
one would recommend for use with nano.
