"...unless another option..." That is too vague. Is there any other option
besides --restricted that can prevent opening multiple buffers?
(And I don't like mentioning "multibuffer mode", as it is a misnomer. It
is not a mode, it is a setting: "load file into new buffer".)
So I propose:
+Just view the file and disallow editing: read-only mode. This mode allows
+the user to open also other files for viewing, unless --restricted was given.
