Using the linter for something else than linting... you get to live
with the "inconvenient" header line.

But... you can mitigate the nuisance through a PO file.  Edit the
PO file for your language and change the translation of "Linting --"
to something like "-->".  As long as the msgstr isn't entirely empty,
gettext will use it as the translation.
