Details:

This includes both data and metadata.

The C++ part should be easy, but the Scheme part, possibly also requiring
some C++ support, will *not* be.

This task requires using reflection to examine the current state of Scheme;
the state can then be saved in a file or in a database. Resuming should be
easier.
