[Net::FTPServer] module construction

just looking at the code for ftpserver.pm in my text editor.
it looks amazing, excellent documentation and form.
It seems so complete and well thought out.

after i read a few more perl books i may wish to construct
something similar that would be x-platform, i dont think it
is very far from being x-platform now even, just a couple
proprietary items that can be easily replaced by file ops.

this is no doubt a very good example of a well constructed module.
