[Nss-multidom-announce] nss-multidomain-1.1 is out

The version 1.1 of nss-multidomain is out, here are the changes:

Support for libdb4. Detection of the correct libdb version. Added a
small utility called make-db used to create DB files. Prevent
authentication of users with UID less than minuid and/or GID less than
mingid. Added documentation explaining how to use the utility.
