Bug#981238: wrong library path on some platforms?

The library is installed in /lib/security, but on armel platform it 
seems to be expected to be found in /lib/arm-linux-gnueabi/security/ at 
least as evidenced by this sshd error message:

Jan 28 04:27:07 debian sshd[9841]: PAM unable to dlopen(pam_oath.so): 
/lib/arm-linux-gnueabi/security/pam_oath.so: cannot open shared object 
file: No such file or directory

Linking the file to the proper location fixes the whole problem.
